Great Bay Regional Volunteer EMS

Great Bay Regional Volunteer EMS is committed to protecting the lives of Little Egg Harbor and Eagleswood residents and visitors by providing the best possible emergency and medical response services. We pledge to perform our duty with courage, dedication and strive to be active in our communities. Great Bay Regional Volunteer EMS has been serving the community since 1999. Our members are all volunteers – we are your neighbors, friends, and co-workers; men and women; married and single. We go to school or have full-time day jobs in a wide range of occupations. However, we spend our available time making sure our communities have the best emergency medical service possible. We all share one professional goal – to be there when you need us.

Whether it’s a medical emergency, a car crash, or a house fire, Great Bay Regional Volunteer EMS answers your calls for help. Through continuous education and training, we’re prepared when you need us with Basic Life Support. We respond to an average of 3000 calls per year. We also host several community activities such as, open house, CPR classes as well as numerous fundraising events. We actively participate in and provide various community events such as races, parades, fairs, concerts and fireworks displays. Great Bay Regional Volunteer EMS would be an empty building without the tireless support of our volunteers. We are always looking for hardworking and dedicated individuals to join our team as Emergency Medical Technicians (EMTs), drivers and administrative members. No prior rescue experience is necessary! Training is provided for free through generous donations made to us by the community.
